- All laboratory tests, imaging (X-rays, ultrasounds), and diagnostic procedures are non-refundable once performed or processed.

- Results are subject to clinical interpretation, and concerns will be reviewed internally by qualified professionals.
3. Pharmaceutical & Medical Supplies
For safety and regulatory compliance:
- Prescription medications are non-returnable once dispensed.
- Opened or used consumables (e.g., syringes, reagents) cannot be returned.
- Temperature-sensitive (cold-chain) products are non-returnable once issued.
Mobo Group reserves the right to refuse any return that may compromise patient safety or product integrity.
4. Medical Equipment & Furniture
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase only if items are:

- Uninstalled
- In original packaging
- Faulty equipment will first be inspected, repaired, or calibrated under warranty.

- Installation, handling, and labor costs are non-refundable.
